I embed with founding teams to build the growth engine, marketing muscle, and operating rhythm they need to reach the next milestone. As a founder, I never liked consultants that hand off a deck. I’m an operator at heart, and I want to get in the mix and ship alongside you.
Full-stack growth leadership, on a fractional basis
Startups between Seed and Series B face a familiar tension: you need senior marketing and growth leadership, but the stage does not justify a full-time C-suite hire. You may not even know what you really need on the team yet. That’s the stage I like to work within. I embed within your team, usually two to four days a week, for engagements that run long enough to build real momentum.
I have done this across consumer and B2B— marketplaces, fintech, gaming, and developer tools— from zero-to-one launches to scaling an existing engine past inflection. I stay pretty busy and like multiple shots on goal to keep things fresh and continue learning in a world where the ground is constantly shifting under our feet.

Three ways I work with startups
Growth
Build and operationalize GTM engines that convert insight into pipeline. I work across funnel diagnostics, activation strategy, revenue model design, and scaling playbooks. We start with tests and our goal is to learn quickly.
Marketing
Define and launch differentiated narratives, campaigns, and acquisition systems that drive measurable demand. I position the brand for its next stage of growth and make sure the creative and channel work actually ties back to revenue.
Operations
Design the operating system behind growth: org structure, performance metrics, cross-functional rhythm, and reporting cadences that enable teams to scale efficiently and execute with clarity.
Hiring
My goal is usually to work myself out of job. If our tests are hitting and we’ve defined where the next milestone will take us, I’ll figure out what your org needs and will help you recruit and hire your full time marketing, growth, or ops leader. From there, I’ll advise founders and teams as long as it makes sense.
Where this comes from
After growing blockbuster gaming franchises at Electronic Arts, my entrepreneurial drive had me risking it all as a founder. I started Peerspace, the short-term rental marketplace for all kinds of events. Through successes (and many more failures), I helped build the growth that scaled us from $0 to $500M across 50 markets and 3 continents. It was quite the ride!
Then I stepped away and struggled with what to do next. It brought me to my current thing, something I’m really passionate about:
I want to help founders grow. I like building the machinery that turns a strong product into a growing business. I enjoy popping up and down the stack, balancing strategy and execution to deliver against objectives. I don’t have a big ego, and probably wont like working with you if you do. I am most useful when the product has signal but the go-to-market motion is not yet locked in.
For early-stage founders
If you are pre-seed or seed stage and trying to figure out your first real growth motion, I also take on a small number of advisory relationships. These are lighter-touch engagements designed to help founders navigate product-growth fit, build their first operating cadence, and run the early channel and GTM tests that generate the signal you need for your next milestone.
